Did you know? ... John Ralph, founder and owner of Ascent Fitness in Launceston was instrumental in forming the LUFT ( Launceston Urban Fringe Trail) which is the longest urban walk in Australia at approx. 110km. ![]()

Never one to rest on his laurels, John thought that, with a few alterations, he could make the LUFT accessible to not just walkers, but also his clients who are relying on a wheelchair - the 'wheelies route' was born!![]()
