Poles for Peace 

As part of our partnership with Ravenswood Primary School, we were delighted to donate two peace poles which were installed recently.

Each pole has a messages of peace which is chosen by the school and displayed in the language of their choice.

The poles are part of the Rotary Club of Canberra Burley Griffin project which has invited 100 Rotary clubs in Australia to donate a peace pole to their local school to commemorate Rotary’s centenary in Australia in 2021 and to promote peace, which is one of Rotary’s areas of focus.
